Rhyming is one of the phonological awareness skills that form the basis of early literacy. Phonological awareness is the ability to hear and manipulate different parts of spoken words. Children develop a sense of phonology when they play with words. As children play with words, they begin to hear patterns in spoken language. This knowledge helps them understand how sounds and letters work when they start reading and writing.
We Provide Rhyming session in three stages-
Rhyme Listening- Through repeated exposures to rhyming books and songs, children begin to develop the ability to hear poetry in spoken language.
Recognizing a Rhyme- Next, children begin to identify two-word poetry.
Producing a Rhyme- The final stage allows children to develop their examples of words using poetry.
