Research Benefits of Kiya Learning Online Yoga

Improves your flexibility
Improved flexibility is one of the first and most obvious benefits of yoga. During your first class, you likely won't touch your toes whether you're doing a backbend. But if you stay here you will notice a gradual relaxation and later on impossible poses will become possible.

Builds muscle strength
Strong muscles are more than just looking good. It also protects us from conditions like arthritis and back pain and prevents the elderly from falling. And as you build strength through yoga, you balance it with flexibility.

Perfect your posture
Your head is like a bowling ball - bag, round and heavy. When you are balancing directly on a straight spine, your neck and back muscles don't need a lot of work to support them. However, move it forward a few inches and you will begin to strain the muscles.

Protects your spine
Discs - those that absorb impacts between vertebrae that can break and compress the nerves - are excited to move. This is the only way they can feed themselves. Having a balanced asana can help keep your hard drives abundant.
